Don't bother painting it it'll be a waste of time and money. I have used all kinds of VHT paint on my old exhaust it all burnt off after a matter of weeks and looked cak.

If you are gonna fit it tell your insurance. Its blatantly obvious it's an aftermarket exhaust, not like its just the pipe and silencer thats been changed either, it'll be the manifold to.

Also I have a brand new set of sj rear springs on.the way as I would like to do ruf (rears up front in a couple of months as my rear springs are flat and are a bit bent

Thats the helper spring. I know a lot of people mix and match spring packs but all i will say is that is how the manufacturer designed them for a reason.

If you remove it any warranty or guarantee will be void.

That spring is there to stop you getting axle wrap, so yes it is there for a reason ;) but the design on these springs is a bit odd as it's super thick and then they don't wrap the spring clamps around the top leaf so it kind of defies the point of having it :er:

I thought that about mine as I bought the same springs a while ago, but I figured stuff it and put them on as they were.
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.
