How do you fit them? 2 of them have holes in and the other 2 don't, do I need to weld them on?ScottieJ wrote:Yeah fit the spacers and report back, if you still get shackle inversion it's time for a slightly longer shackle, looking at the shackle angle at ride height I have a feeling you might need them even with the spacers.

The ones with the holes in will be for the front. Get those fitted as thats where the problem is.TomBod08 wrote:How do you fit them? 2 of them have holes in and the other 2 don't, do I need to weld them on?ScottieJ wrote:Yeah fit the spacers and report back, if you still get shackle inversion it's time for a slightly longer shackle, looking at the shackle angle at ride height I have a feeling you might need them even with the spacers.
I still think they will be trying to invert the shackles even with the bump stop spacers fitted.
Worth fitting them to avoid any damage though.
Dont know how the rears would fit as a bolt on item as there's no original holes to use.

Re: Front Suspension problem!
Rears are probably weld on. I just welded all of mine on. I was being lazy.

Re: Front Suspension problem!
Fronts should have a set of longer bolts with them.
Soak the fronts on your SJ with a good amout of WD40 over night as i always shear the bolt when i undo them.

Re: Front Suspension problem!
Yeah never thought of that, would there be room on the chassis to drill holes too? For some strange reason the bump stops are in different places front and rear
