iv just been advised not to go for them but i need a cheep option to get some hight unter my sj, im looking for some offset wheels with 31"/32" tyres aswell to avoid having to buy spacers.
im not a cheep arse

the sj is a toy along with my cbr and my other bike so carnt justify spending to much on it or the mrs would kill me

if its fast or dangerous

The other thing to watch is 31"-32" tyres will kill your gearing. I had 235-75 x 15s on my sj410 the 1 litre version and it was ok but on my Polo which has the 1300 I had to fit a 1 litre transferbox to help. It still struggles in top going up hill but its OK.

they reduce your approach angle and also get stuck on the middle of ruts.
they slightly change your caster angle, not by much but by enough.
they kill springs
I used to run 31s on my 410 with stock gearing and it was fine! until you got to a hill on road, a long climb offroad and the fact you have no engine braking whatsoever
