I can understand a Inclinometer being handy in a 4x4 but what use is a Shift Light ??? the truck has a rev counter or is it for some other use.

Japanese motorcycles used to have a light in the speedo that flashed when you went over 55mph (Japanese speed limit), the challenge was to stop it from going off. Maybe she will do the same with the shift light?
