hi there to the suzuki community.
me and my son got into 4x4 after finding an old 1980 lj80 in a hanger here in france.
150€ later dragged it home kicking and screaming with a tow bar.
only one wheel to unsieze and an engine replaced in 97' which will turn (just) by hand.
chassis is real good condition but the body will need some new panels making....
this will our 4x4 and our sons first car.
as the title suggests its deja vu for me as my father bought me a 1962 S2A landrover 88".
for my first car. this lj80 is like looking back at my own landy twenty years ago.
thankfully there is not as much work to do on the chassis, its all in the body work.... ;) is that a good thing???????
thank you.

Hi and welcome to SCUK.

Most LJs are rather rotten now so anything that isn't is a major bonus!
