Re: Hello from isle of wight
So started accessing damage today and is slightly worse than I thought!
The winch is broken with cable fully out when pushing the controls the control box just clicks? Any ideas?
Whole rear left hand arch and side is rusted very badly
Hope I haven't bitten off more than I can chew!
Won't let me upload pictures straight from my phone!
Will upload to laptop later

Hi and welcome. Yeah I remember that.
If you're lucky the winch will just be a bad connection in the solenoid pack.

- so the body life has been done with strange blocks like this not much welding just bolts all the way through!
to undo this action is it a easy process? can i remove them two at a time?
if the previous owners have extended brake hoses etc will i have to shorten ?
the gearbox still has same transition as it sits 3 inches under the body!!
i am a complete noob when it comes to this - IMG_0611.JPG.jpeg (402.86 KiB) Viewed 6252 times
