Hope that is enough info diodes have to go in the correct way silver/white stripe towards buzzer make sure buzzer makes a noise when connected to 12V. Think I have put a photo up but if it is not there will try again.

The turn signal sound from the turn signal indicator normally originates from a piezo buzzer or small speaker within the instrument cluster. It may differ from one vehicle make and model to another, but it's usually situated behind the dashboard close to the gauges.
