Hey guys

Not sorted yet.

If im not having a curry with my good lady tonight im up the barn.

Updates Saturday if I get them working Or find
the fault

Or check the breaking section sunday :hahaha:

Hey rick

If you don't mind salvaging the servo and master of scooby
They would be handy for spares. The replacement one at the moment
May have a little weep from the reservoir. Hoses may be handy too.

Cheers dudes :doublethumbs:

Tested everything.

Deleted bias valve
Swapped hoses over tried old rubber hose too
Swapped calipers over both okay
Bled with calipers up top
Fitted another master and servo ( cheers jordi)
Clamped off rear feed flexi hose from wing to chassis front brakes working fine good solid pedal
Blanked off one side of axle t piece . Drivers rear good solid pedal
Blank other side of t piece and Try with Rear passenger and it just lets pedal to the floor

So im left with the t peice or copper pipe being at fault which makes no sense.

will try again tomorrow. Im heading home

:S
Andy... I have braided hoses across the rear axle a good t/pipe
will bring along with me also got the servo if u fancy swapping stuff around to eliminate the one fitted
He's on the second servo and master cylinder now.
I know jordi... just thought they might help him out a little
after his done/doing so much running about for everyone/me

karma :rockin:

Does the handbrake work? are the rear shoes actually adjusting up? I have an issue with mine at the moment having replaced the shoes on the back and the handbrake doesn't work even though the lever only comes up four clicks. I need to extract it from the flower bed and take another look at it

Do you find you have to pump the pedal for the rear brakes to work?

As a sj master cylinder is not man enought to power all round discs, in my opinion :)

Maybe try a bigger master cylinder? Subaru impreza or v6 vitara?

YEAAAHHHHH ROYYYYYYYY!

Tso with New fittings. T peice and pipes it was better but still able to just go
To the floor. New hoses the lot. New pads and discs

Still had the issue. Had the calipers clamped to blocks of wood with the nipple at
12. One was still causing a soft pedal.

What was the problem? ?????

Its was the flipping wood. It was soft as it was soaked in fluid so it just compressed.

Im such a bell end . :hahaha:
