high rpm idle when cold

Hello!
I have a 1300 ccm EFI Suzuki Samurai (G13BA). The year of manufacture is 1990.
My problem is the high rpm idle when cold.
The idle is between 2500 and 2700 for ~8 minutes.
When it reaches the operating temperature the idle drops slowly to 1000.
I don't know what is the problem. Can you help me?

Thats just the automatic choke, it's suppose to that :thumbup:
