4" front, 5.5" rear/ 100mm,140mm

tbh it all depends on your set up and how far you have moved each spring mount if you are making your own kit. There's no specific length, you want to tune the length to adjust/tune the shackle angle for maximum flex without the risk of shackle inversion.

My fronts are standard YJ shackles, but they weren't long enough for the back so I had to make longer ones.
