would like to put discs on the rear end of my sj... was gonna use my current 413 fronts as they are in reasonable condition.. is their is a better set up for the front?? vented discs?? two pot calipers??
any ideas welcomed

is that a straight swap or fettled mounting bracket??

I've actually got some but not got round to fitting yet. Sort of just waiting until I next have caliper troubles and then I will just put the two best calipers on the rear and fit the Vit ones to the front.

Make sure you get the right ones, off a 5dr. The 3dr has smaller pistons than the SJ, the 5dr has bigger ones (vit: 48mm, SJ: 51mm Vit 5dr: 53.9mm).

I have a set of 48mm vitara calipers lying around *somewhere* because I bought the wrong ones once.

Yes I have them in my garage awaiting Andrew's arrival...maybe next year lol

I honestly can't tell you how many sets of vit/SJ calipers I've ended up with. I think I have about 2 spare sets of Aisin's, although they need *WORK* - and various others, including a set of grand vitara calipers that won't fit anything less than a 16 inch rim...
