Re: play day sites
I think your closest options are Slindon Safari/Boxgrove Pits west of Arundel, and Mud Monsters East Grinstead, my old favourite. I think Piccadilly Wood has reopened, but don't quote me on that! I think I read something about them being open on April 2nd.
1985 SJ413VX (SJ50V) with SPOA, rear disc brakes, 31x10.5R15 Kaiman Malatesta tyres, an MOT and a lot left to do!

Re: play day sites
Id go to piccadilly personally.
The mud at slindon is sandy (the place is an old sandstone quarry) and destroys anything that rotates... clutches, alternators, starters, bearings, brakes, etc.
The mud at piccadilly is actual mud and I tend to make it home from there in one piece! Only thing I ever broke there was a snapped throttle cable! Had to drive home with a piece of string through the window as the throttle
