anybody know if any other steering wheels , suzuki or not will bolt straight on to the sj spline ? im a big guy and looking to reduce the circumference of my sj steering wheel size but going down the momo adaptor and a flebay wheel is not an option as that puts the wheel out about 2" further towards the seat .. so any quick bolt on alternatives out there ??

I'm no expert but I'd guess the smaller the diameter the deeper the dish effect, thereby bringing the wheel closer to you again.

Here's a cheap Swift one that looks smaller diameter than the SJ's 15.5" that might fit your spline OK, or you could return it.

Here's a flatter Carry one, again looks smaller diameter but can't return this one.

I know Vitara steering wheels are the same spline size but they are all pretty similar in size.

The problem with smaller wheels is that they usually block the view of the speedo etc so keep that in mind. I'm pretty tall and I quite like the big standard wheel

Yeah thats deffo an issue. Cant see the speedo with my mountney fitted, u can only see the center of the speedo needle, I just use the clock hand method, 9'oclock 20mph, 10'oclock 30mph, 11'oclock 40mph, etc etc.

You only need to see the speedo for cameras or if theres a police car behind though :P
