Is it possible one of the drums is bent out of shape? Or do I need new shoes? I know very little about drum brakes.
I have ordered new brake shoes just in case.
Thanks for your help

This isn't true for all models! There's been a number of different set ups over the years using various different cylinders and brake line set ups.SherwoodNash wrote:
Small tip:
If buying new cylinders, both sides are the same L and R, but only one side uses both nipples for brake pipe.
Thing is with SJs you can't always say for sure, parts get changed over the years and suzuki have a habit for randomly changing the parts used as well. over the years there's been numerous times that i've ordered 'the correct part' and it was wrongSherwoodNash wrote:That's right!
I was talking specifically about Dan's early 413, which was first registered 03 December 1986, which I'm pretty sure has this set up?
Think this is true with a lot of manufactures, Peugeot do it all the timeScottieJ wrote: Thing is with SJs you can't always say for sure, parts get changed over the years and suzuki have a habit for randomly changing the parts used as well. over the years there's been numerous times that i've ordered 'the correct part' and it was wrong
