Its fixable but with quite a bit of stripping out before starting to weld

Remove
Filler protection cover
Filler Pipe
Fuel Tank
Rear seats
rear carpet
side panels
Fuel pipe interior cover

Now assess the rust. It will probably be a good 1-2" of the wheel arch, and about 6" of rear floor. Cut it all out and weld from the inside makes life a bit bearable watch out for the seam selant that was use in the car it burns quite nicely
It' a 4x4 why not drive it across a field
