are the rear pads all worn down, ie both pads on each side or is it just 1 pad per side?

blimey they are worn! how long did it take 2 get them that low? they all seem very low and if the fronts are still ok must be something holding them on. are the dics blue'd ? would be if calipers are sticking causing over heating, if not try the load compensator may be your doing most of your braking on the rears. hope this helps.

i changed them all six months ago the frunts look new an the backs are as you see them.
there is no blueing off the disk.
i think the hangers are sitting wonky an the pads are not sitting right.
wearing them unevenly fast.

how have you done your rear disk conversion, from the way the pads are worn it almost looks like the callipers are not sitting square to the disks?
