the rascal springs are nearly a direct fit on the rear. there is just one little thing to overcome and that is a little bum stop type thing circles in one of the pic's below, you can either cut it off or make some banana shackles in the other pic below.

Hi andy, I just made them the same size as the original shackles. I run 30" (or will do when she is on the road) and they fit fine. I also have RUF with drop links and i hate them! hundreds of speed bumps in my area and i just get thrown round by them opening up, think i am oing to bin them and get proper lift set-up on the front.

It depends on the condition of your springs, if they are old and getting abit flat you may get away with the original shackles, but if like mine and are brand new that bumpstop gets in the way, so you can either grind it off or maka banana shackles.

put rascal springs on today, easy replacement. u need to swap the centre plate over to be able to re mount shockabsorber. and the front mount bush is larger, rear mount bush was the same. loooks like about another 1/2 inch or so lift on rear and it had ironman springs on b4 so very happy with that,

gonna try them out at
Slindon Saffari on Sunday, hope they last longer than the 1 hour on the last outing but i guess after 3 years of abuse had to break sooner or later
