Re: I Need Advice on Upgrading Suspension for My Suzuki Swift
Sorry but is a suzuki 4x4 forum.
You would be better off joining an suzuki swift forum.

Re: Sj410 4 speed gearbox bearings
It’s mostly the same as the samurai 5 speed bearing wise. They use standard size bearings so any bearing supplier can match up and supply them.
I’m sure there’s a list of bearings on the forum somewhere but I’m not 100% sure where so will have a look

They list the AFH55M-13 for my 2.7v6 on Autodoc and have Bremi ones available.

Re: Aligning Gearbox to engine
Is there any chance you accidentally fitted the clutch disc in backwards?
Also worth pulling the disc off and checking the splines are sliding freely onto the gearbox input shaft.
Is the release bearing fully seated on the input of the gearbox?

Re: 1991 Santana Samurai
Does the carb clear with the vacuum takeoff spacer removed? You need to remove that spacer anyway as the vacuum takeoff is on the wrong side of the butterfly with that fitted. As per Nigel heads write up, linked in the SU carb thread the dizzy vacuum takeoff needs to be on the air filter side of the...
