As a reasonably new member there is a restriction on access to certain areas and PMs to try and prevent fraudulant activity / scamming. It is automatically removed after 20 posts, alternatively you can ask in the new members section to have the restriction taken off. Scottie usually does this pretty quickly.

They are Insa Turbo Dakar 235/75R15 with orginal SJ wheels.

Thank You Guys! - ill poke around and see if it works now. I dug thru via another way and found who i was trying to contact and got a reply thru to him without PM.
Got the van dug out yesterday - then the VIN out of it and then it snowed it in AGAIN last night!
