Saw this...don't agree with the 'chuckle as you go past gas stations' bit

I like all these old adverts, you get a real feel for what these cars were about when they were new,

The Suzukis were more of a peoples car, unlike the Landovers and other 4x4s of the time.

And then there's this...not an SJ but guess this is how bikes were sold in the 80's. I would love one of those...(and the bike)

Yesterday was the first time I saw this poster
I know it's American but it's great to see how Suzuki were appealing to the fun market, especially considering it was a totally new market! Up to the 70's cars were purely functional for the normal working man,

I just have to say - as much as I love my SJ, the first advert - "They bring style and luxury" - eh?
