That's hardly any kind of damage! Just straighten up the rear bumper, get some new windows from a breakers (make dad pay for them if he won't let you sell it) and then keep it.
An SJ without a few war wounds/dents looks odd these days anyway.
If you're just looking for an excuse to get out the angry grinder, then my suggestion is to either trayback it, or go pickup.
Or you could consider a rebody, if you can find a suitable donor body for the swap for a pint and a packet of peanuts (stranger things have happened).
