First things first have you checked the oil to see that its not contaminated and that it actually has enough oil in it?

Personally changing all the oils is the first thing I do when I buy a vehicle.

Darrell, you are amazing.
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.
