I know this is opening a tin of worms but what are peoples views following the recent press events regarding the next gen consoles?

What are people planning to buy?

Personally I will be getting a X1 but I know opinions an reasoning will vary.

- Better online community that I am already part of.
- I consume all my media through the internet so the heavy bias toward the TV function will be good for me.
- Exclusives for COD and most likely GTA too. (The only games I really play)
- The price difference is offset with the included kinect.
- Better controller.
- New smartglass looks ace.

Bring on the war :D

Na its going to be ps4 for me not sure why pluss u get Grand tourismo on ps4

I used to like golden eye on the N64.

Think i'm abit out of date with my games consoles. I'm gonna go with PS4. From what i've heard it's much more game focused and will provide faster, better gameplay.

either i will get a xbox one and my sister will possible get a ps4 from work so is visa versa.

i have always been a xbox kid
i really like the the analog sticks are laid out on the controller
grand tourismo really cant cut it compare to forza im afraid
and Gta 5
xbox one looks sexual :brows:

If I was to get one (not that intending to yet) of probably go for the ps4, don't get me wrong I'm sure the xbox will be brilliant but I'm not a big online gamer which I think the xbox is aimed at. I do think that anyone who is really into gaming will probably have both!

X1 all the way, I only ever play driving games, and agree with the comment above, GT just cant compete against Forza :lol:

What do you lot think of the Ouya (pronounced Oooh-yah)?
