Anyone replaced / fab'd up a floor pan?
Thinking about replacing the floor pan. Most likely with a home brew job. Just wondered if anyone had done this? Any photos?

I know scottie has done the rear but I haven't seen a front floor pan done bud. I suppose as long as you get the right measurements its doable. might have to watch out for body warp if replacing the lot at once I reckon

Hi kida, not done one myself, well a full floor pan but where do you have the worrys? or need thoughts?
Its justa case of cutting out the old and fitting a new isnt it, well it all i ever do, if its needs a few profiles then a good lump hammer and bolster chisel will help out loads alomg with a BIG vice or a couple of breeze blocks, unless you have a sheet metal bender.
wolly

I'll get some pics when I fix mine up. it's not the complete floorpan, but it's the worse area's
It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out
