I've just picked up some Toyota LJ70 (I think) props. I got them from a mate who had quite a radical SJ. Apparently they have a much larger operating angle on the UJ's than the Suzuki ones, and they are supposed to be much stronger, not that I have broken any in the past. I think they will need altering for length and adaptors making, but they will be going on.

Have you got a pic of the failed shafts? Where have they broken, because it does seem a strange thing to be braking shafts so often.

ill post pictures later as the failed props are at my garage. Are you selling them? I have a guy who makes adapter plates and can shorten them. If the angles are better then I think its the route I need to go down.
Ive heard people mention bam bam bars? is this just for spoa?

You don't have enough lift to need spacers, the slip yoke was probably bottoming out with the spacers fitted.

Your Tcase hasn't been moved so the engine swap will make no difference .

cheers scottie ive bought some more props so ill try them without the spacers and if that don't work ill go for the strengthend ones.
