Passenger alignment
The Mrs is complaing of a draft around her hip. Does anyone know how I can adjust the door to leave the window frame etc where it is and twist the lower half so it seals properly.

Sorry to not be helpful but most of my bodywork repairs involve a club hammer. or in this case a jumper and a coat

Re: Passenger alignment
You should be able to adjust the door catch slightly and that should pull the bottom of the door in tight when you close it.

Re: Passenger alignment
If that doesn't work a bit of brute force and ignorance can twist an SJ door back into shape quite easily

get her a blanket
Re: Passenger alignment
Could always just take the roof off, she won't notice the breeze through the door then

Useless P*** taking buggers! What sorta bloody forum is this?
I just told her she had to walk (not that brave TBH)
Tried adjusting the centre just need to find a safe way to apply enough force BFH would be fun but not to glamourous a fix!
I'll just wait and see if someone sensible has any advise

Re: Passenger alignment
Is is definitely the door that's bent? Does the bottom need pushing in or the top pulling out?
Park it next to a wall and using a porta-power / bottle jack and some blocks of timber push it back in shape.
