Hi all im planning on fitting a 1.6 16v lump in my sj 410 and want to run motorbike carbs has anyone on here and got pictures of manfolds they made or where they got them please

I nearly went down that route. I even bought a set of GSXR600 carbs and airbox.

Search for a guy I think is called Geko Cycles. He show a step by step. Very pro I recall. I was planning on two steel plates welded together with four tubes linking them.

Yes, ive been planing on motorbike carbs on my 1.6 8v sami for a while now. ive pretty much made the manifold now, only took me 6 months, I will try and get some pictures up.

Theres a company called bogg brothers who are experts and will make you a perfect manifold (at a price)

I have a set of gpx750 carbs awaiting on me to fab a manifold up. i'll be watching this thread closely to see how you get on

I know that some people have managed 100hp with bike carbs out of a 970cc Nissan engine, so what HP are you aiming at? 160hp in a Zuk would be InSAnE!
