Re: New Ride
Just a quick update went to pick her up today and after my vitara i knew were to look and look i did and guess what. The very solid motor turned into fingers threw floor in a couple of places so long story short i said i want my deposit back he said ok then on the way back i said i would give a grand for it and in the end he said so in the end i got a 2000 w plate with rusty bits with 79000miles that was advertised for £1950 i got for £1000. I will get some photos tomorrow...

Re: New Ride
Not too bad, where was the rust? In the Boot?
I looked at one, it was also rusty there, but i would look at cutting the dip out and welding a flat peice on it!

Re: New Ride
The main area is under the rear seats each side, when i was removing the rear seats yesterday the 2 middle bolts were bloody hard to undo and moved alot im a bit worried there may be some there to. Regarding Antons question not really i used to be a farrier so welded big thick metal and that was a long time ago... I will take photos today hopefully
