Just an update. The issue was the little tap thing was only moving half way. So wedged it fully open and I got plenty of lovely warm air coming out... Then had to open the windows cause its too hot lol... And I was in shorts and t shirt :p

Just been having problems with mine too. My prob was an air pocket (I think) in the heater. I drained the whole system and flushed the heater this was slow at first then sommat happened and it flowed quickly after that. Re did antifreeze etc then I borrowed my mates air line and spray nozzle and blew all the Sahara dust out of all the heater pipes in the cab - what ferkin mess! I had my own personal sandstorm Anyway I am VERY warm and toasty now and ready for my next trip to the mountains!
