So, I got a little more done today.
the old man's Mr Angry packed up, so i went to borrow one at work, and done some of the heavy rust cutting.

- floor pan support cut away

The floor pan support is a little rusted too as you can see in the last picture. This is where the bullbars bolt unto as well, so do you reckon i should fix it, or just hammer it? the rust is only a little bit so...
I started to make a plate to fix the sill end

- the new sill bottom i made up, not yet welded

I also found that the sill had acquired some mud over the years through the rusty hole that used to be there

this appears to be a breather hole for the sill just behind the cab, should i leave it, or close it off?

I am also trying to find a carb for it now, and placed a bid on a su carb, model unknown, so we'll c what happens
It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out
