Re: Mikes rotten Kja
I have a bed !
It's a rascal bed which was adapted from new to a trailer !
It's pretty good for a rascal bed, bit of rust but nothing like the kja one ! It's very long so I need to shorten it quite a bit.
I'm going to have it blasted and see what's what.
Jesus didn't think I was going to get one !

Nice one! Where'd you get it from in the end?
1985 SJ413VX (SJ50V) with SPOA, rear disc brakes, 31x10.5R15 Kaiman Malatesta tyres, an MOT and a lot left to do!

Re: Mikes rotten Kja
This Sunday ! I'm making some progress !!
So basically my plan is to work out how high I want the bed to sit, which is on top of an 8274 rear winch.
I also plan on cutting it down which hopefully will incorporate removing the rust from the bulkhead end at the same time. Also this should work with the side panels.
Finish stripping the cab down to be blasted when the Beds been shortened. Don't want to blast what I'm throwing away !
Seats turned up too, should work well and make a bit more leg room in the cab
