Are the rear suspension setups on LWB's different to SWB?

I'd have thought that the real difference would be the rear prop and the length of the chassis rails, and the rest of the mechanicals would be the same?

I've never owned (or looked under) a LWB so don't laff at me if I'm being a wOllie.

A wOllie, I laughed a little when I read that.

I'm fitting YJ rear and ruf on mine, pretty much should be able to use plates just like the ones on my swb, in fact I'm going to try and re-use the ones on my swb.

I've looked at doing yj's on my Lwb. I thought that rear spring mount could be cut off and moved forward the required amount? Not sure if that will be legal for mot though?
