Re: Kawazonkey
The tank is almost done, maybe two more coats of lacquer. Seat panels nearly there and I'm now working on the side panels. Can't find rear brake caliper seals on ebay so guess I'll have to phone Kawasaki UK. That ain't gonna be cheap...

Re: Kawazonkey
All the seat unit is now on, looks funky. Went to give the tank a final layer of lacquer and the paint must have been off, it turned the finish into a matt one. To say I was pissed off is an understatement...sanded it all back and started all over again.

Re: Kawazonkey
Have to say this forum is the best ever. I'll give you a 'for example'. When I got Kawazonkey I joined the ZXR400 forum, seemed a good idea. First day I asked one question, got two replies both saying 'don't know.' Then that question was blocked, I asked why and the reply was 'your question has been answered.' Wonderful. To post pics you have to reduce the size to under 200, jpeg only. Did this to show my build thread, took ages, no one even looked at it. So I put this on a Suzuki forum and loads of people look at it and comment!
Love this site!
More pics asap.
Alex.

Even then we're interested - in how far it gets between bonnet up situations...
