It is solid mounted and right behind the driver seat in the back  that doesn't help! Need to get some isolated rubber mounts for it, that will quieten it down.

This is what i use to feed vitara carb, it works great. You don't even hear it. I have it mounted in engine bay.

I use one of these

designed to suck so can be mounted under bonnet - works well - lot quieter than the facet.

There won't be a fuel return. The webber doesn't have one, just fuel in. The fuel return is off the pump on the propper carb'd 1.3 and 1.6s.

I bought a generic thing from my local factors. It makes a horrible noise because it's hard mounted to the inside of the chassis just forward of the tank - I really need to mount it using rubber mounts (ala t-case mounts) instead.
