Is there a way to reduce piston slap on sj413...apart from from a possible rebore........ start up noise then dies right down after a few miles when engine warms up mileage 90 thousand......using correct grade of oil......hesitate to use a thicker oil as some of the clearances on engine are close......

Never use engine flush..it moves dirt from crevices that are best left where they are not circulating round the engine.....

My 413 did this for ages going down a steep hill...it was a partially blocked fuel filter..changed it then no trouble any more....

My sj413 suzuki gauge always reads just above the first line/mark it never gets to the quarter mark
heater is hot though...do they all tend to run on the cool side ????? or is my temp gauge not accurate ?

Another messy job completed ...doors and sills injected with Waxoyl.....wife went shopping in it afterwards and said she did not like the smell at all.while driving, so i will see what else i can cover in Waxoyl.. (hate anyone driving my Suzuki)

Already there when i bought it......stops the wife canning the engine ..set at 4.500 rpm .the bleep/bleep is very loud and annoying...i of course switch it off when the girlfriend is using the anus
