They are loud. Mine is noisy in all the forward positions on the shifter.
Wouldnt say as loud as straight cut.
Get some nice thick oil in it

Its not as bad as the first box, it does not have that I'm about to explode noise, but lord is it whiney, like a straight cut gear job.
Are they all like this? mine is a soft top, but i would not think i should be hearing this much noise?
Ideas?
Does your's get considerably worse in 4th then
gives you a permanent headache in 5th
