You just need some thin MDF, use the good card as a template, but in reverse!

Did you say MDF? Take it you don’t plan on them getting wet?

Really like that. I should make some for my SJ. One door has a decent card, the other one is ripped all to shreds...

Not MDF lol. I ended up using the original card with a bit of added bracing. Wrapped in vinyl I get from my local hardware shop.

Bit of nice weather today so started on the rust. It looks awful but it's all surface corrosion, bit of wet and dry and rust killer sorts it. Yes she's still green as I have a load of paint left over from the Kawasaki! Also started repairing the other door card.
