When I swapped in Sammy axles to my 413, I cut the old ones off and made new ones out of box section. 3 of them are identical, but the one that rides the front diff pumpkin needs one side expanded to match the curvature of the diff pumpkin.

Either cut the old ones off as carefully as possible and re use them, the front diff side as mentioned above will need tweaking with a grinder. Or make new perches out of 2” 3 or 4mm box and weld them on, easiest way is with a 64mm hole saw.

You need to move each perch in 40mm

Could get some low range perches and fit them?

Just an idea mattew, I've always wondered if you could use an sj413 case, then modify the housings like make a hybrid one with a bit of both. But I'm sure that would be loads of work !

Let me know if you want some original perches I can take some of the axles I have if that helps.

You've helped me more than enough times in the past few years lol

as long as your tyres aren't too big it should be ok on the Sammy ratio diffs, however its not hard to re gear, then again if you do fit a 1.6 you won't need to worry about stock diff ratios up to 31" tyres with the 410 tbox.
